History
Arthur was able to keep his double life a secret from his daughter for over a decade until she accidentally walked in on him during a meeting with his cronies. She ended up running away from home.

- This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the video game DC Legends and is an adaptation of Cluemster/Arthur Brown. The original character was created by Gardner Fox and Carmine Infantino and first appeared in Detective Comics #351.
