Arthur Curry was the king of the oceans. Presumed dead after the nuclear war that ravaged Earth's surface, Curry in actuality was mutated into becoming half sea serpent.

History

Curry's kingdom of mutated sea life initially refused to communicate with Champion, a community made up of former superheroes and supervillains who survived the fallout. However, he agreed to join his forces with Champion's in their final battle with Marvel City, led by the evil Captain Marvel.

Curry was killed when Captain Marvel's careless usage of the magic lightning destroyed the planet.
