Doctor Light is an enemy of the Teen Titans that uses light-based technology to commit crimes in Jump City.
History
At one point, Doctor Light attempted to destroy Jump City with a giant lightbulb, but his plan was interrupted when Robin, having become a teen idol, was carried away by his entourage. Dr. Light halted his plan to ask Robin for his autograph for his niece. [2]
Another time, Doctor Light used a special, magical prism to duplicate himself to rob a bank in Jump City. However, he was opposed by the sentient dust created while the Teen Titans were spring cleaning known as the Dust Titans. The Dust Titans beat all the copies of Dr. Light and allowed him to be taken by the authorities. [3]
