Atlanna is the mother of Arthur Curry.

History

In 1996, Atlanna and her son, Arthur, were flying above the Bermuda Triangle in a small plane. She soon lost signal with her husband, Tom. A column of light burst from out of the water, and tore the plane in half. As the plane went down, Atlanna unbuckled her son from his seat belt, and gave him a seahorse pendant. As her son swam away, a siren burst in and attacked Atlanna.

• This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the Aquaman (2006 Pilot) and is an adaptation of Atlanna. The original character was created by Robert Bernstein and Ramona Fradon and first appeared in Adventure Comics #260.
• The role of Atlanna was portrayed by Daniella Wolters. Atlanna's voice was dubbed by Annette O'Toole.
