Atomica is the Atom of Earth 3, a member of the Crime Syndicate. Rhonda Pineda was an advance agent coming to Earth 0 before the Trinity War and Forever Evil events, posing as a heroine and preparing for the arrival of the rest of the team with the help of the Outsider. Her false identity was Atom. She was in a relationship with teammate and partner in crime Johnny Quick.
Rhonda Pineda was created by Geoff Johns and Jesús Saíz, first appearing in The New 52: FCBD Special Edition #1 (2012).
