Synopsis for "Fallen Angel: 1 - Some Say in Fire..."
Jean Paul Valley is homeless and directionless after losing the mantle of Batman and suffering hallucinations. He engages in a fight with a street thug soundly trouncing him. Seeing the fight, another homeless person Brian Bryan, a former psychologist, introduces himself and walks Jean Paul back to the shelter he is staying at. Brian Bryan is attacked by the street punk with some other friends wanting revenge for their earlier failed attack. They are stopped again by a hallucinating Jean Paul Valley. Brian Bryan advises Jean Paul to ignore the hallucinations. Jean Paul returns to the shelter only to be followed by the street punks who attack the priest running the shelter and start the building on fire. Elsewhere, Batman leaves to find Jean Paul, feeling responsible for his mental break.
