There is no fight with the dwarflings because Nomoz is able to convince them that their use of weapons is not in line with the rules of the Order of St. Dumas. Nomoz thinks that Brother Rollo needs to be killed to improve the ways of the Order of St. Dumas. Azrael and his friends think otherwise because too much information about the order would get lost with the death of Rollo.
