B.D. Wong (b. October 24, 1960) is an American actor who portrayed Hugo Strange on Gotham and Godspeed on The Flash.

B.D. Wong is an American theater and film actor, and the recipient of multiple awards, specifically for his performances in the play M. Butterfly and the television series Mr. Robot. Some of his most notable roles include Li Shang in Mulan, George Huang on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Father Mukada on Oz, and Henry Wu in the Jurassic Park films.
