B.O.L.T.S. is an organization of renegade robots that want to take over control of the planet. They are enemies of the Metal Men.

Notes

• In Metal Men #15, the Rebel Robot is the leader of the organization, but in The Brave and the Bold #187, Batman refers to just the robot as B.O.L.T.S., a one-man arsenal.
• B.O.L.T.S. is an acronym but it's never explained what it stands for.
