Barbara Gordon is a Gotham City-State vigilante known as Oracle and the apparent leader of The Outsiders.

History

Following the death of her father, James Gordon, she becomes the Oracle and leads a group of vigilantes within the Gotham City-State known as The Outsiders in their fight against corrupt Senator and Wayne Industries CEO Thomas Elliot. After a failed attempt to assassinate Elliot, she is captured and interrogated by Richard of the Gray Sons.
