Barbara Lane is the mother of Michael Lane, the man who would become Azrael.

History

Her husband Mitchell Lane died, her children Gwendolyn and Marion were killed by cultists and her grandson Henry Lane was hit by a car. She spends her later years in a nursing home paid for by Michael, where he visits her for advice.
