Baron Winters is a sorcerer who would assemble the Night Force, a team of chosen individuals to fight supernatural threats which he oversees from the Wintersgate Manor.
Baron Winters was created by Marv Wolfman and Gene Colan, first appearing in New Teen Titans #21 (1982).
