History
Hot Pursuit's full origin and point of origin is unknown, currently, he claims to be a superhero from a parallel universe, who built the Cosmic Motorcycle, which taps into the Speed Force, with the help of his nephew Wally and became Hot Pursuit, the Fastest Man Alive.
In the runup to the events of Flashpoint, Hot Pursuit braved the Bleed between universes to warn his counterpart, Flash, about the impending disaster.
