Barry O'Dare is a Police Officer in Opal City.
History
He along with the rest of the entire O'Dare family, are all officers and were friends of Jack Knight during his tenure as Starman. However, Barry later joined Simon Culp's scheme to avenge himself on the Shade and betrayed his city and his family. He was then killed by his brother Matt and fatally wounded him in return.
