Barry Quinzel is the younger brother of Harley Quinn.
History
Barry is a directionless young adult with no job or job prospects. He lives with his parents in Brooklyn. He has two children by different mothers who both abandoned him. His only interest seems to be his music and his band, and he wastes any money his sister sends on it. Whenever she visits, Harley berated him for his failures.[1]
