Bartholomew Magan (New Earth)

Bart Magan tried to use a device to erase a facial scar. Instead, it erased his face. Taking the alias of Doctor No-Face, he and his men went around using the device to remove everyone's faces so that they can commit a crime spree. Dr. No-Face was eventually defeated by Batman and Robin.

Although this character was originally introduced during DC's Earth-One era of publication, their existence following the events of the 1985–86 limited series Crisis on Infinite Earths remains intact. However, some elements of the character's Pre-Crisis history may have been altered or removed for Post-Crisis New Earth continuity, and should be considered apocryphal.
While Doctor No-Face has not actually appeared in a post-Crisis story, he has been mentioned as one of the scientists whose research Aristotle Rodor used to develop Pseudoderm.^{[citation needed]}
