Synopsis for "Little Talk"

After stopping a bank robbery and having to defuse her first bomb, Batgirl returns to the Clock Tower. Oracle tells her how she herself defused her first bomb as Batgirl by sheer luck. While Batgirl enters the holoroom to once again observe Lady Shiva's fighting style, Oracle calls Batman. Barbara is worried that Batgirl is unwilling to talk to her about facing Lady Shiva in less than two months. Batman is not surprised and repeats that he thinks Batgirl needs to fight Shiva to overcome her death wish. Oracle hopes that Batgirl might actually believe in being able to beat Lady Shiva, but Batman has a totally different opinion. Watching Lady Shiva's moves Batgirl only can come to the conclusion that she will lose a duel. Then they argue about whether she actually killed a man when she was trained by David Cain or not. Batman believes she did not as Batgirl really seems to understand about the value of life without Batman ever needing to explain it to her. Oracle thinks that Batgirl might be like Batman but still a killer.

Batgirl finishes the training in the holoroom and afterwards assures Oracle that she would tell her if something was bothering her.
