Synopsis for "Five Minutes Fast"

Batman Incorporated sends Batgirl to England, where she is picked up from the airport by Squire. Batgirl has twenty minutes to get to the hotel, where she's meeting Batman, but Squire convinces her to go on a tour of the sights first. When they hear a siren they go to the Ministry of Management and Proper Accord, where Orphan and the Urchins have strapped bombs to hostages while they steal clocks. Squire realizes they are after the Greenwich Mean, but they are too late to stop Orphan before he pulls the sword out of the stone. Time freezes except for Batgirl, Squire, and Orphan, who were all touching the sword.

Batgirl and Squire follow Orphan to a charity event Knight was attending, and they prevent Orphan and the Urchins from killing the frozen superhero. They realize the Urchins are able to move too because of the stolen clocks. Batgirl takes the sword off of Orphan, and they unfreeze Knight. Batgirl, Knight, and Squire remove the bombs from the hostages and throw them out the window before returning the sword to the stone. Time unfreezes.

Batgirl reaches the hotel hours later, and Batman asks if she cares to explain why she's so late.
