Synopsis for "Bat Girl Summer, Conclusion"

The Batgirls fight the Riddler, believing he is the Hill Ripper, but he reveals that he is not; he merely deduced who the Ripper was and planted riddles at the crime scenes to give clues to the real killer's identity. Cassandra's ability to read body language allows her to realise he is telling the truth and he reveals that the killer is a notorious former mob hitman known as "Mr. Fun". Riddler attempts to stab Stephanie in the back while she is distracted but the grievously wounded Killer Moth punches him out. Cassandra takes Killer Moth to get medical attention and to rescue Grace O'Halloran, the Ripper's next target, leaving Stephanie to guard the Riddler. Oracle calls Officer Brooks and tells him to get to Grace's studio, where the Ripper is waiting for her.

Mr Fun attacks Grace and she is able to calm him down by promising to tell the whole city his story, but when Brooks arrives on scene Mr Fun takes Grace hostage. Meanwhile the Riddler regains consciousness and attacks Stephanie again. While they fight he asks her riddles which she answers perfectly, and he tells her that she is more like her father, the Cluemaster, than she wants to admit. Riddler implies that Arthur is alive and Stephanie tackles him out of a window. They fall into a river, where the Riddler manages to slip away.

Cassandra reaches the studio and attacks Mr Fun, who, due to his lack of emotion has no recognizable human body language to read, confounding her usual ability to anticipate her opponents. She eventually defeats him but is forced to use the most brutal fighting techniques she learned as a child. The police and an ambulance arrive and Cassandra zips away.

The next day Commissioner Montoya holds a press conference on the Hill Ripper case where she is visibly unhappy that the Batgirls were involved but admits they are on the side of the good guys. Stephanie confides to Cassandra that she's worried her father might actually be alive, but Cassandra promises her that she won't let anything happen to her, and even if Cluemaster is alive he could never find her. However, it is revealed that the Mad Hatter has been manipulating events from behind the scenes to "reunite" father and daughter.
