• This story reveals that the past of Earth 22 is more similar to Earth 0's than the original Kingdom Come continuity on Hypertime's Earth-96.
• According to Bruce's words, the Earth 0 events take place some time before Booster Gold first journeyed back in time and became a well-known hero.
• This issue marks the first appearance of Earth 183 and Earth 387 in the Post-Flashpoint Multiverse; it also reveals that the unnamed world of Heroes of Tomorrow from Batman: The Brave and the Bold (Volume 2) #1, which was created by Dan Mora, is part of the Multiverse and introduces two other realities: Earth 1098, which is the setting of Elseworld's Finest: Supergirl & Batgirl #1, and the unnamed world of Superman: Speeding Bullets.
  • As this issue takes place in the "past" of the Multiverse, during Barry Allen's journey through the the Speed Force, Earth 11 Dane of Elysium still appears as his The New 52 self, "the Wonderous Man". He was actually reverted to his Pre-Flashpoint counterpart after the rebirth of the Multiverse.
  • Barry states to have named Earth 22 himself. However, the Earth designations of the Multiverse are based on the Monitors classification.
• Many of the effigies and pictures in Planet Krypton are of heroes who were never a part of Earth-22, the previous iteration of the Kingdom Come universe, or the original story and its sequels. Nor have they been shown as existent people on Earth 22.
