Synopsis for "Bloodstorm"
The Joker takes over the remains of Dracula's vampires. Through them, he quickly takes control of Gotham's mobs. Selina Kyle is bitten by one of the Joker's vampires but turns into a werecat creature. First attacking Batman, she teams up with Batman to wipe out the vampires. Her devotion allows Batman to control his lust for blood; however, she takes a crossbow bolt meant for Batman that is fired by the Joker. The anger and grief cause him to kill the Joker by draining the Joker's blood. Because this is the first truly human blood he has drunk, Batman becomes vulnerable to crosses and holy water. Realizing he will become even worse then Dracula, he leaves a note for Alfred and Commissioner Gordon that effectively states for them to destroy him. They stake him with the saying "To death...in peace".
