Synopsis for "Chapter Two"

Eighteen months ago, Ra's al Ghul leads an attack on Nyssa's fortress in which multiple servants are killed. He reaches her Lazarus Pit, only to walk away when she mocks him. Three months ago, Nyssa moves into the same building as “Talia Head” and befriends her in the guise of a new neighbor.

Batman denies “murdering” Ra's, arguing that Ra's should have died naturally centuries ago. Ra's gives him an alchemical potion that will allow him to speak with his parents, and in exchange, he asks for a single Lazarus Pit, to use just once.

Alfred advises Bruce against even considering Ra's al Ghul's offer. When there is an alert that someone is at the front door, they both go upstairs where the visitor, Nyssa, asks Alfred if Batman is home. Meanwhile, a mysterious figure breaks into the Batcave and steals a single box.
