Synopsis for "Captive Audience"

After taking care of some criminals, Batman calls Robin, Batgirl, and Nightwing to save Alfred, who has been kidnapped. Unfortunately, the three are preoccupied at the moment with some gangs.

At a hideout, Alfred is being held hostage along with several other gentlemen. The kidnapper is demanding a 5 million dollar ransom. Alfred bargains with him to move the other hostages to the basement, in exchange for telling him Bruce Wayne's secret. Alfred then hypnotizes the remaining guards, lulling them to sleep. When the kidnapper returns, Alfred tells a lie and handcuffs him to the chair.

Shortly, the trio arrive to find Alfred playing cards with himself. Batman appears from out of the shadows to congratulate Alfred, who has been kidnapped 27 times in the past. Batman drops Alfred off at the limo, who is immediately kidnapped again, much to his exasperation.
