Batman: Gotham Adventures #25 is an issue of the series Batman: Gotham Adventures (Volume 1) with a cover date of June, 2000.

Synopsis for "...Recognized, in Flashes, and with Glory..."

In Gotham City, Flash saves a mugging victim, but is quickly taken aside by Batman, who tells him that he interrupted a police sting operation and demands to know why he's here. Wally explains that there have been a string of computer-related crimes in Central City, which he believes have begun in Gotham. Batman connects it to the recent power outages at schools, and after a staredown, begrudgingly allows Flash to help him and Robin.

At Gazette Square, they notice that the headlines are odd. Just then, Batman receives notice of something happening in the subway. They see 2 different trains on the same track and Flash saves the passengers, while Batman stops the train. Afterwards, he asks Flash why he didn't just pull the emergency brakes, which would have been faster and safer.

Later, Flash jumps on a plane flying over midtown, but it turns out to be just a change of flight pattern, and Batman tells Wally to think faster.

After assisting on their nightly patrol, Flash asks how Robin puts up with Batman, to which Tim responds that he's the best because he never quits.

At the post office, they find that a teen named Bobby has an IQ of 165 and a long list of minor offenses. They visit the girl, where Batman lectures her about the consequences of her pranks. Bobby complains that only troublemakers get attention and she was only doing it for fun. She reveals that she hacked into the police computers and put on a light show for one of the cops, who Batman says is epileptic. Flash rushes to GCPD Headquarters and pushes the officer out of the way, but nothing happens.

After, Bobby is taken by Child Services and Batman explains that he cut the phone lines before they entered the house. Wally expects to hear a critique, but Batman just gives him some encouraging words.
