Gotham Nights is a 4-issue mini-series focused in Gotham City and the lives of their citizens. Although the comic is labeled as a "Batman" title, the character is not prominently featured, allowing the story to focus on the lives of Gothamites and how they come together due to their activities and how they are affected by Batman's presence.
The series has been largely ignored and overlooked since it's publication, due to the high expectations of a Batman story, which is not delivered.
