Batman: Gotham Nights #13 is a chapter in the digital-first series Batman: Gotham Nights (Volume 1 (Digital)) with a cover date of July, 2020.

Synopsis for "Nothing 2 See Here..."

Damian repeatedly contacts his father and asks if he needs any help, but doesn't receive any response. Alfred tells him to not be sad as Bruce often doesn't respond while working, but Damian replies that he doesn't bother to consider that he wants to assist in fighting crime too. Bruce contacts him back soon and states he shouldn't call him except when needed, assuring he's doing nothing except the routine Justice League adventures while fighting off aliens with Hal near Oa.

Damian however tells Batman that he has his camera broadcasting switched off and he states it's nothing while entering back into Earth's atmosphere. Damian states he has nothing to do and would rather like to fight crime than sit around and Batman states he's helping his fellow Leaguers, while fighting alongside Aquaman against the Trench in Atlantis. As his Bat-Sub gets grabbed by a giant crab, Batman tells his son that it's nothing worrisome and to hold for a minute.

Damian gets frustrated and Alfred states his father won't like him hacking into his Batsuit's camera feed. Damian however states that he might be testing him to see if he can hack through his cameras but fails to get past their security, with Alfred telling him to have patience and getting told in return however that he doesn't understand the situation. Alfred states that he does, knowing he wants to prove his humanity despite being trained to fight since birth.

Bruce, however, is not known to be a person showing humanity or affection, something which his colleagues have gotten used to. Bruce meanwhile helps Wonder Woman in fighting against a Cyclops on Themyscira and Superman against K-Man in Metropolis. Alfred informs Damian that wearing a Robin suit shows that Bruce believes in him. Batman soon arrives back to the Batcave and gets told by Robin that he's supposed to take his child to work today. A joyful Bruce then tells Alfred to fill up the Batmobile while he heads out with Robin.

Synopsis for "Incorruptible Force"

Jim Gordon is drinking in a bar called "The Deuce" while a news report about eleven civil servants of Gotham City is broadcast on TV. Two-Face soon arrives at the bar, having been called there by him, and asks if his shit has ended or he's drinking during his shift. He talks with him freely, knowing the bartender Terry won't say anything, while asking if he wanted to have a chat with him. Accusing him of getting in his way frequently during his time a district attorney, Dent remembers how he spoilt his chance to convict Fioravanti over the evidence being weak.

Jim apologizes for the dispute they had just prior to his scarring and states he used to be a good man. Two-Face however states that his current personality is the real one and likely always was. He then questions how he felt about arresting all the recently convicted police officers, including Shawn Reinert whom he liked. He continues talking and states the eleven convicted civil servants are reaping what they sowed. Gordon however responds that it's suspicious that all of them had gone against him at one time or another in the past.

Two-Face insists that all the evidence points fingers at the convicts and Gordon remembers how the police found evidence against Shawn for her husband's killing. He then states he knows he's caught=up to the fact that he implicated all the eleven, but he had made no mistake to make him realize it except one. Gordon reminisces how the cases against the eleven perfectly stacked up and asked Anita of she had so many subsequent watertight cases, to which she replied negatively. He also states that making the crimes accused on the eleven convicts look perfect was his mistake and knows Jim was trying to find out evidence to help them get free.

Dent informs Jim that he had been recorded going into all the crime scenes and was helping Batman, which would be enough to get him jailed. He then determines deciding his fate with a coin toss, either sending him to prison where he dies, or killing him himself. Jim however quickly pulls out his gun and states he had texted someone when he spotted him. The lights soon get knocked out and Batman starts assaulting Dent, whose confession Anita states has been recorded.
