- This story takes place in 1893, four years after the events of the one-shot, Batman: Gotham by Gaslight, but before all Batman's appearances from the Post-Flashpoint continuity.
- This implies that, after the rebirth of the Multiverse, the continuity of Earth 19 has been reverted to the 19th Century, similar to its Pre-Flashpoint iteration.
- Despite Julie Madison's appearance, it is unclear if the events of Batman: Master of the Future, which take place in 1891 in the original Pre-Flashpoint continuity, have also happened on Earth 19.
- Batman: The Multiverse of the Dark Knight: An Illustrated Guide later confirmed that the events of Master of the Future also occurred on Earth 19.
Trivia
- Selina Kyle being referred to as the proprietress of a "gentlemen's club" is a nod to Earth 0 Catwoman's clash against Black Mask and his Gentleman's Club from Catwoman (Volume 5).
- Some of the Gotham Museum artifacts resemble a Themysciran armor, the Nth Metal mask of Hawkman and Hawkgirl and the Shining Knight's armor.
