Synopsis for "Gotham Emergency"

Joker shuts down the computers of every hospital in Gotham City with a virus, then sets three bombs to go off. His first target is the Gotham Globe building because the newspaper referred to businessman Robert Sorrento as "enemy number one," which he considers his own title, and Gotham General Hospital is overwhelmed with patients on Natalie Koslowski's first day as a doctor.

The second target is Gotham Stadium. That attack, however, is foiled by Batman. Batman defeats his goons before pursuing the Joker, and during their fight, the Joker is hit by his own smilex.

Batman brings the Joker to Gotham General, and demands that he get treated first so he can learn the location of the third bomb from him. The doctors attempt to save the Joker's life, but when he goes into a coma, Batman demands the use of the labs and Natalie Koslowski, whose biochemistry knowledge is the most fresh.

Batman and Koslowski figure out a new treatment plan, which works. When the Joker regains consciousness, however, he takes himself hostage and escapes. Batman pursues, helped by the undercover police officers hidden as patients and staff at the hospital. Batman realizes, based on the Joker's movements, that the bomb is in the hospital and dismantles it.

The Joker sets the room they're on in fire. Batman is forced to flee, and the Joker escapes.
