Synopsis for "Darker Than Death, Part Two"
Lilith Rutledge receives a ransom demand for her kidnapped sister Janie, but she tells Bruce Wayne that she can't pay it. Janie can't touch her trust until she turns twenty-one or gets married.
In the Batcave, Bruce analyzes a print found on Janie's dismembered finger. The print belongs to Leland Dunphrey, who works for the Penguin, but the Penguin refuses to tell him. Eventually he admits he fired Dunphrey weeks ago and rumor places him at the docks now.
The Billingsworths' butler Edwin Hargrove visits Alfred Pennyworth. He confides in him about his daughter Miriam's pregnancy and disappearance.
Batman goes to the docks where he fights a sumo wrestler and finds Janie, near death.
