Synopsis for "The Misfits, Part 1"

A new costumed criminal named Chancer appears on the scene in Gotham. He is being pursued by Nimrod the Hunter who possesses a suit which grants him the power of invisibility. The police chase Chancer, but he takes to the rooftops, but he runs into Batman, and the two fight. Nimrod intervenes, saying that he needs to take Chancer in, but Chancer jumps off the roof, and Nimrod escapes. Chancer is then saved from falling by Cat-Man, and he gives Chancer the opportunity to join the villainous organization known as The Misfits. The group is headed by Killer Moth and in addition to Cat-Man and the newly recruited Chancer, also boasts the membership of Calendar Man. The three meet in a warehouse, and discuss their new member. Wishing to escape their "second-class" status within the Gotham Underworld, Killer Moth announces their plan to ransom three Gotham individuals for $10,000,000.00.
