Synopsis for "Batman: The Doom That Came to Gotham, Part 3"

Harvey Dent visited a doctor who told him that he had been infected by poison ivy. Later on, the infection spread and Dent begged Talia to kill him, although she claimed that he had "little more to do." While Bruce mourned Dick and Jason at Gotham Cemetery, Jim Gordon introduced him to his daughter Barbara, who claimed to talk to spirits and told him that he would speak to a burning man that night at the old courthouse.

That night, at the courthouse, Barbara summoned the ghost of Crosby Jacob Manfurd, who told Bruce about how he, Thomas Wayne, Henry Queen, and Bartly Langstrom met Ludwig Prinn, who told them about a city of reptile-men under Gotham, as well as about The Testament of Ghul, before the four left him to die. While trapped underground, Prinn transformed into the monster that would eventually kill Dick. Manfurd also revealed to Bruce that Henry Queen killed his parents and told Bruce to stop Ra's al Ghul before he could call the thing.

Afterwards, Bruce confronted Prinn in the underground city and caused his death before encountering a deformed and dying Harvey Dent. Then, a portal opened from Harvey's mutated body and Bruce entered and shot the Testament of Ghul with one of Saint Sebastian's arrows before fighting Ra's al Ghul, who was summoning Iog-Sotha, although the hero mutated in the process. As Talia begged Iog-Sotha to aid her and her father, she was grabbed by a tentacle, moments before Bruce took the arrow stuck in the book and impaled Ra's al Ghul with it, killing him. Etrigan was freed and he turned his attention towards Iog-Sotha before Harvey, before dying, told Bruce to look after his city.

Six months later, Tim Drake became the head of the Wayne Foundation and focused on rebuilding Gotham City, while the mutated Bruce went into hiding.
