Synopsis for "Two-Timer, Part Two"

Finding Grace already abducted, Batman and Robin storm Gotham's underworld for leads on Two-Face, to no avail. Reluctantly, Batman calls off the patrol and returns to Wayne Manor, while Robin returns to Gotham University as Dick Grayson - only to find Two-Face waiting in his dormitory. Held at gunpoint by several men, Dick is quickly overpowered, and taken hostage.

Shortly after, Two-Face places a call to Wayne Manor, demanding Bruce's surrender. With no other choice, Bruce allows himself to be blindfolded by Two-Face's men and taken to the centerpiece of Two-Face's revenge spree: Gotham Gardens. This neighborhood, the culmination of Bruce's redevelopment project, has been threaded with bombs - all set to explode at two o'clock. The only human casualties are to be Bruce and Dick, whom Two-Face orders chained atop the Gardens' clocktower.

Despite Grace's tearful pleas, Two-Face (after a "scarred" flip of his coin) refuses to believe either her or Bruce innocent; the bombs, he explains, are merely his way of "forgiving" Grace's infidelity. When Grace continues to protest, Two-Face and his gang pull her out of the clocktower, leaving Bruce and Dick to their fate. Though sombered by his once-friend's depravity, Bruce refuses to despair; with Dick's help, he triggers an emergency mechanism in his wristwatch, revealing a set of lockpicks that make short work of the chains.

Once free, Bruce calls the Batwing by remote control, allowing him and Dick to escape Gotham Gardens just moments before Two-Face's bombs go off. Changing into Batman and Robin, the duo quickly overtake Two-Face's getaway yacht; when his men are quickly beaten, a desperate Two-Face threatens to throw Grace overboard, only for Grace to steal his coin and ram its jagged edge into his scars. The pain provides just enough of a distraction for Grace to escape, and Batman to beat Two-Face into submission.

As the police take Two-Face and his gang into custody, Batman grimly reflects that Gotham Gardens may yet be rebuilt - but Grace's bond with her ex-fiancé probably never will.
