  • Each DC Comics Annual for the year 2000 introduces a new international super-hero as part of their "Planet DC" theme. This issue introduces the character of the Rosemary Fields and her familiar, the Boggart.
  • Last Annual of this volume to be published on a regularly scheduled yearly basis. Annual #25 is not released until 2006.

Trivia

  • The cover features the word "England" across the entirety of Great Britain, but the N and D are actually in Scotland.
  • In the second story, Grayle refers to Malvern as "your Lordship" when talking to Rosemary. He should've said "his Lordship".
