Countdown is an episode of season 3 of Batman Beyond. It premiered on April 7, 2001.
Synopsis for "Countdown"
Zeta and Ro arrive in Gotham, hoping to find his creator. However, they run into Mad Stan, who thinks Zeta is a human being targeted by the government. Damaged from fleeing, Zeta's disguise fades away. Stan thinks he's a plant meant to capture him; Stan repairs Zeta, adding a bomb to him and giving him incorrect information about where to find Ro. Ro calls the police, asking for Batman; luckily, Terry and Bruce catch wind of this and Batman goes to meet Ro. After Ro explains what happened, Batman learns that Stan plans to bomb a building in charge of a new law Stan hates. Batman finds Zeta and gets the bomb off him. Zeta and Ro prepare to leave Gotham, as his creator left in all the chaos Stan caused.
