Synopsis for "Legends Of The Dark Knight: Max"

Terry stops by to see his best friend, Max Gibson in the Nightwing costume. Bruce wants Terry to run around the city as Nightwing so people won't think Dick is Nightwing. To make it more believable, Bruce hooks Terry up with some make-up to make him look old. Terry has Max look up info on Ben Singleton and the case. The Nightwing story has been all over the news but Dick refuses to say anything. Terry then needs Max to start reporting some Nightwing appearances and for her to cover up for him at school. That night, Terry goes out and ties up Singleton and takes off with him in the backseat of the batmobile. Then to make his first public appearance, he stops a duo of high-tech thieves.

Meanwhile, Max comes home to find out someone's trying to hack her computer. Max tries to stop him as if the hacker succeeds, he'll find out on the info on Max's computer, including Terry's secret identity. Max manages to hold him off and then decides to go stop the hacker herself. Along the way, she runs into a couple of Jokerz but manages to defeat them. She then goes to an internet cafe to get herself off the grid.

Nightwing then brings Singleton to Dick's apartment to show him how much he's ruined Dick's life. Terry tries to get Singleton to admit Dick isn't Nightwing but Dick leaps off his terrace and admits to the reporters that he was Nightwing. He then starts admitting he worked for Batman Inc. and never saw Batman unmasked and his affiliation with the Outsiders and Teen Titans was all because of Batman Inc. and his crime fighting career ended due to an injury. Dick then leaves after saying all that and Singleton gets away home free.

Max then tracks down the hacker at an abandoned diner. The hacker turns out to be Undercloud, a criminal. Undercloud has had its eye on her and knows about the info in her computer and Undercloud wants Max to join her. Max refuses but Undercloud decides to give her some time to reconsider her choice. Undercloud leaves by saying one more thing, Undercloud is everywhere. Max leaves with the decision to not tell Terry about her meeting with Undercloud.
