Batman Confidential #13 is an issue of the series Batman Confidential (Volume 1) with a cover date of March, 2008.
Synopsis for "Wrath Child (Part I of IV)"
A new villain enters the story. The villain is Wrath, and he seems to have a murderous grudge against officers of the law.
