Synopsis for "Rules of Engagement (Part III of VI)"

Batman infiltrates LexCorp and learns that Lex Luthor had been blackmailing Doctor Eugene Underhay into giving him WayneTech's industrial secrets, and when he was of no further use, he eliminated him.

Senator Crabtree informs Luthor of his decision to postpone the board's decision regarding the defense contract, to which Luthor delivers a veiled threat.
