Batman #67 is an issue of the series Batman (Volume 1) with a cover date of October, 1951.
Synopsis for "The Mystery Rope!"
A criminal known for being superstitious about the number seven escapes from prison. At the same time, the Gotham Historical Society asks Batman to donate one of his most interesting Batropes. As Batman goes off to find the perfect rope, Commissioner Gordon, Robin and Alfred are left wondering which rope would Batman choose and each of them make a guess. Gordon expects Batman to bring the disintegrating batrope, Robin thinks he would bring the hollow batrope and Alfred guesses that Batman would bring the golden batrope.
In the end, Batman brings some copper wire to the place and everyone is disappointed. However, that night the recently escaped criminal tries to steal from the Historical Society building and he is easily captured by Batman, because he had electrified the ordinary wires, turning them into a strong electromagnet which prevented the thug from escaping.

Synopsis for "The Man Who Wrote the Joker's Jokes!"
After a long time of inactivity, the Joker decides to hire gag writers who could come up with crime ideas that would also make fools of Batman and Robin. After two failed attempts, Joker kidnaps Robin and forces Batman to write a plan for him. Batman complies, but Robin doesn't remain a prisoner for long, which allows Batman to stop the Joker during his own scripted crime.

Synopsis for "The Lost Legion of Space"
While Robin is investigating in the Batcave, a time travel sphere appears and the Batman from the year 3051 comes out. He asks Robin's assistance in a case and Robin gladly agrees. Once in the future, the 3051 Batman and the original Robin infiltrate a prison in order to sabotage the master plan of the criminal known as Yerxa. In the process, Yerxa learns the real identity of the future Batman and in order to keep the secret, Robin goes back in time to bring the original Batman to the future and eliminate any suspicion. When the case is over, everybody returns to their respective time streams.
