Batman comes to, but he is unable to stop the explosion or the abduction of Gordon by the Dollotrons.

Senator Vine suddenly breaks out into hysterical laughter, and they realize the Joker is there. Batman arrives too and begins fighting Dollotrons as Gordon enters withdrawal.
