Synopsis for "The Streets Run Red, Part Two: Exit Strategy"

When Jason was Robin, Batman told him that when the unexpected happened he shouldn't only remain calm but take control of the situation; now he is Red Hood, and he has been freed from his police escort by the Menagerie. The Menagerie refuses to tell him who hired them as his extraction team. Jason pretends this is fine and asks them to remove his cuffs. When one does, he attacks them and takes on the four members of the team solo. He kills one, but he is struggling when the current Batman and Robin arrive.

They fight the three surviving members of the Menagerie together. In the end, Jason holds one member hostage with a gun to his head to make his escape, but before he can, another tells him he has a phone call. He passes the phone to Jason. The woman who hired the Menagerie to free him reveals she has Scarlet and threatens to kill her unless Jason surrenders to her.

Batman insists they have to save Scarlet, even if that means helping Red Hood, and they go to a secret hideout where Jason has stashed his weapons. Robin expresses his doubts about the situation, only for Batman to speculate Red Hood has the place wired and is listening in because it's what he would do. Red Hood confirms that as he emerges in a combination of his previous costumes, ready to save Scarlet.
