Synopsis for "The Streets Run Red, Part Three: Boys' Night Out"

Scarlet threatens her captor, telling her that Jason is on his way to save Scarlet and kill her. When the Batmobile reaches its destination, Red Hood shoots his way out through the roof and jumps down to the ground. He contacts the villain, who tells him to come to Thomas Wayne Middle School, toss his guns, and strip naked to prove he has no weapons or trackers, which her henchmen scan him for. He does so, and Scarlet's captor releases her. She refuses to leave Jason behind.

The villain notices the wind is picking up, and Jason tells her it is the stealth airship overhead as Batman and Robin arrive. Red Hood swallowed a tracker the henchmen couldn't pick up on their scanner. Scarlet is recaptured during the fight, but Batman stops to prevent Red Hood from killing anyone. They rejoin the fight, but lose sight of Scarlet. Robin rescues her and tries to bring her into the Batmobile, but Red Hood shoots his line. Red Hood catches Scarlet and carries her to the villains' helicopter.

Batman and Robin chase them in the Batmobile. Batman threatens to catch them with tow cables, but Red Hood blows up Westbound Metro and tells him there are six more bombs planted throughout the city that he will set off unless they allow Red Hood and Scarlet to escape. Batman realize he must have planted the bombs months ago. He decides to let them escape.

Red Hood offers to drop Scarlet off somewhere, but she wants to stay with him. He has no idea where they're going, but that's never stopped him before.
