Synopsis for "The Roar of the Ghetto-Blaster"
Black Lightning fights a sound-powered villain known as Ghetto-Blaster, who seeks to destroy Suicide Slum claiming that he does it for the benefit of the neighborhood. Black Lightning intervenes as the criminal is destroying public places and after a brief struggle in which Black Lightning gets the upper hand, the Ghetto-Blaster is forced to reveal that his true intentions was to recover a stolen loot he had hid in the derelict buildings many years ago, but he couldn't remember which was the exact place, forcing him to destroy the area completely.
