In Gotham City, the Outsiders get ready for the wedding of Metamorpho and Sapphire and on the arrangements, Katana meets a woman called Emily Briggs, who is concerned of her own appearance and Brion Markov decides to go on a date with Denise Howard
Meanwhile, Halo has joined a religious cult and she becomes part of their peaceful community. When the man who introduced her to the cult, proposes marriage to her, they prepare to leave the community, but they are spotted by Lady Eve, who captures them and takes them back to the leader of the cult, who is none other than Kobra, the leader of the Kobra Cult. The villain recognizes Halo as a member of the Outsiders and forces her to reveal the secret identity of Batman.
