Synopsis for "Serpent in the Sky!"
Having learned the secret identities of the Outsiders, Kobra sends various members of the Kobra Cult to assassinate them in Gotham City. All of his agents fail and the Outsiders become aware of Kobra's activities.
Knowing that the only member of the team that is unaccounted for is Halo, the Outsiders go looking for her and they find Kobra's hideout, only to learn that the villain has already moved out and taken control of the satellite defense program called "Star Wars System" and is threatening the United States Government with giving it to Soviet Russia if they don't surrender Fort Knox.
