Synopsis for "The People of the Abyss!"
The Outsiders travel to Switzerland in order to rescue Metamorpho and Emily Briggs, both of whom were kidnapped by strange beings. On their quest, they find a secret entrance to an underground world, where they are attacked by a mind-controlled Metamorpho. In the struggle, Geo-Force and Halo are captured by Metamorpho and taken to the treacherous Princess Tamira, who uses her mind-spheres to control them.
Meanwhile, Batman, Katana and Black Lightning are taken by the honest creatures from the underground world of Abyssia and they find Emily Briggs as part of their community and Prince Mardo explains that she is to become the ruler of their world.
