Synopsis for "The Truth About Looker, Part 3: This Envious Race!"

Half of the Outsiders learn the history of Abyssia and that Emily Briggs is descended from the Abyssians' royal line. The Abyssians have taken Emily into their realm in hopes of ending the war between Prince Mardo and Princess Tamira and they pretend to give her the powers and physiology of their race, which makes her glad since she will finally be beautiful as she always wished. Batman, Katana and Black Lightning try to stop them, but they come in conflict with Prince Mardo's forces. Princess Tamira takes advantage of the conflict and sends the mind-controlled Metamorpho, Halo and Geo-Force to fight them. In the confusion, Tamira captures Mardo and she takes Emily prisoner to being the ritual that will transform her forever.
