Synopsis for "Enter: The Masters of Disaster"
The Masters of Disaster approach gang boss Morgan Jones offering to kill Black Lightning for him (having been hired by a family of an accidental victim of Black Lightning last issue) and attack a Wayne Foundation ceremony for a new housing project to alert the attention of the Outsiders. During the battle, the Masters of Disaster explain why they are attacking: to take Black Lightning. Not wanting anyone to get hurt Black Lightning surrenders himself to the Masters of Disaster, however Batman and the Outsiders vow to get their friend back.
