Synopsis for "A League of Their Own, Part 3"
Sofia Ramos is angry, searching for her identity and for her role in her life, struggling to choose if accepting Batman's help is the right thing to do. Meanwhile, Bruce Wayne contacts a journalist for insight on the current state of the Markovian black market: it seems Kaliber took over the empire of the biggest weapon dealer of Markovia, Martina Dementieva, acting as lieutenant for Ra's al Ghul. It seems Dementieva possessed an extraterrestrial doomsday weapon she was not going to sell to anybody, and that weapon fell in the hands of the Demon. Bruce tells her friend to forget the story, like he never told her to dig on anything, while excusing his request as an exploration of possibile request to an expansion of a Medical division of Wayne Enterprises in Markovia.
Meanwhile, Jefferson Pierce is missing and Tatsu, together with Duke and Cassie, starts investigating on Black Lightning's current whereabouts. He's in Cambodia, with Lady Shiva, as the assassin promised him to deliver him Ishmael, the man who attacked Jefferson's school in Metropolis. Shiva tells her faith is not in Ra's anymore and what she wants is for Jefferson to be a bridge for her to reconcile with her daughter Cassandra. While Jefferson does not think he'll ever help Shiva get back into Cassandra's life, he listens to her plan concerning why they are in Cambodia: they should protect Martina Dementieva, as Ra's wants to kill her to hid details on the weapon Kaliber took from Dementieva's empire.
Jefferson and Shiva try to protect her, but fail in doing so when Kaliber, together with Ishmael and Karma, kills her. Shiva and Jefferson are going to clash with them, when the rest of the Outsiders gets there to even the odds.
