• Among the Batsuits shown in the trophy cases were Thomas Wayne's costume from Untold Legend of the Batman #1 and Bob Kane's original design for the suit.
• One of the Penguin goons looks similar to the Mutant Leader.
• This is the first time in any media that Batman and Joker were voiced by the same actor.
• Batgirl's online handle is Oracle, the heroic persona she takes up after The Killing Joke.
• The movie does have a post-credit scene.
• Batman in one scene is drinking from a mug with the Superman Symbol, suggesting he also exists in this universe.
• Ra's al Ghul quote:"Typical, Batman sends children to do his work for him. Perhaps another must die to teach him the folly of his ways." suggests that Jason Todd-Second Robin existed in this universe and like many of his incarnations died in the line of duty.
