History
Battlecat was a S.T.A.R. Labs janitor. Fed up with his colleagues' messes, he stole an experimental exo-suit. He used his suit to force the people of London to clean up litter. His plan wasn't really working but he was completely undone when he accidentally shot and ruined Power Girl's overcoat. Luckily, Flash was able to pull Power Girl off Battlecat and he was taken into custody.[1]
